How to Cancel a Recurring Donation

Classy is the platform through which Sefaria manages online user contributions. In order to make any change to your donation status, first make sure you’ve created a free account with Classy. If you need assistance with canceling your donation, please email donate@sefaria.org.

Learn how to create a Classy account

To cancel a recurring donation:

  1. Visit https://www.classy.org/sso and log in to your Classy account using the email address you entered when you donated.
  2. On the left side of the screen, you’ll see a menu with possible actions. Click on Transactions. 
  3. Click on Recurring Giving Plans.
  4. Locate the recurring donation associated with Sefaria and click the Recurring Plan ID to open a form with all the information about the donation in question. 
  5. At the bottom of the form, under Cancel Recurring Donation, click the Cancel Donation button. 

Please note: 

  • You can also pause your monthly donation for up to three months instead of cancelling.
