How to Download Texts to Your Device

Downloading texts from the Sefaria library requires an internet connection. Once your download is complete, you’ll be able to navigate the library while offline.

To download texts to your device:

Tap on Account, found in the bottom-right corner of your screen.
Tap on Settings.
Scroll down to find the OFFLINE ACCESS subheader.
Tap the check-boxes next to the sections of the library you wish to download. The download process will begin immediately.

Please note:

Each listed option notes how much space the downloaded content will take up on your device.
To cancel a download before it completes, tap the checkbox again to uncheck.
To download the entire library, tap the checkbox next to COMPLETE LIBRARY.
