How to Create a Sefaria Account

Signing up for a free Sefaria account only takes a few moments. Once you’re registered, you’ll have full access to a variety of features in both the Sefaria Library and Voices on Sefaria spaces.

To sign up for a Sefaria Account:

1. Navigate either to the Sefaria Library homepage or to the Voices on Sefaria homepage.
2. On Sefaria Library homepage, click on the Sign Up button, found in the top right corner of your screen. On the Voices on Sefaria homepage, click on the profile button to open a dropdown menu, then click Sign up. 
3. Click on one of the following ways to select:
   • Sign up with your Google account
   • Sign up with your Apple account
   • Sign up with your email address 

If you choose to sign up for an account using your email address:

• Type your information into the provided form. This includes your:
  1. Email address
  2. Password
  3. First Name
  4. Last Name
• Click on the check box to signify that you are a person, not a robot. 
• Click the Create an Account button, found at the bottom of the form. 

Please note: 

• If you sign in using your Google or Apple accounts, you will not be able  to sign in to your Sefatia Account with an email and password.
• Your login method can be found in your Account Settings.
