How to Create a Sefaria Account

Signing up for a free Sefaria account only takes a few moments. Once you’re registered, you’ll have full access to a variety of features in both the Sefaria Library and Voices on Sefaria spaces.

To sign up for a Sefaria Account:

1. To begin on the Sefaria Library homepage, click on the Sign Up button, found in the top right corner of your screen. Alternatively, on the Voices on Sefaria homepage, click on the profile button to open a dropdown menu, then click Sign up. 
2. Type your information into the provided form. This includes your:
   • Email address
   • Password
   • First Name
   • Last Name
3. Click on the check-box to signify that you are a person, not a robot.
4. Click the Sign Up button, found at the bottom of the form.

Please note: If you wish to receive emails designed to support educators in their work, make sure to click on the checkbox next to the words “I am an educator.”
