How to Change Your Password or Email Address

You can change the email address or password linked to your Sefaria account at any time. 

To change your password:

1. Log out of your account.
2. Click on the Log in button, found in the top right corner of your screen.
3. Click on the words Forgot your password?, found underneath the login form.
4. Type the email address linked to your Sefaria account into the provided text box.
5. Click on the Send Reset Link button.
6. A link to rest your password will be sent to the provided email address. Click on the link you receive.
7. Type your desired password into the provided text box.
8. Click on Save.

To change your email address:

1. Click on the Log in button, found in the top right corner of your screen.
2. Click on Account Settings, the third option on the dropdown menu.
3. Scroll down to find the Account Email subheading.
4. Click on the Change Email button.
5. Type your desired email address into the provided text box.
6. Click on the Update Email button.
