How to Change Your Password or Email Address

You can change the email address or password linked to your Sefaria Account at any time. 

To change your password:

1. Log out of your Sefaria Account.
2. Click on the profile button, found in the top right corner of your screen, to open a dropdown menu.
3. Click on Log in, the first option in the dropdown menu.
4. Click on the words Forgot your password?, found underneath the login form.
5. Type the email address linked to your Sefaria account into the provided text box.
6. Click on the Send Reset Link button.
7. A link to rest your password will be sent to the provided email address. Click on the link you receive.
8. Type your desired password into the provided text box.
9. Click on Save.

Please note: In order to change the email address associated with your Sefaria Account, you must access the Account Settings page within the Sefaria Library interface. Therefore, when you click on Account Settings within the Voices on Sefaria interface, you will be redirected to your Sefaria Library Account Settings Page. Learn more >>>

To change the email address associated with your Sefaria Account: 

1. Click on the profile button, found in the top right corner of your screen.
2. Click on Account Settings.
3. Scroll down to find the Account Email subheading.
4. Click on the Change Email button.
5. Type your desired email address into the provided text box.
6. Click on the Update Email button.
