In the center of the homepage you’ll find the following categories of text, along with a brief description of each category. Click on any category to see the various texts within. Tanakh Talmud Halakhah Liturgy Tosefta Musar Second Temple Mishnah Midrash Kabbalah Jewish Thought Chasidut Responsa Reference Note: Commentaries are found within the category of text on which they are commenting. For example, commentaries on Tanakh are found within the Tanakh category. At the top of the homepage you’ll see links, which you can use to navigate the resources in the library by topic or by text category, alongside the word Community, which links to a collection of user-generated source sheets. These include: Basic information about Sefaria Recently viewed texts Translation options Learning schedules (such as the weekly Torah portion) A link for downloading the Sefaria app Learning tools, such as visualizations and educator resources Links for creating source sheets or exploring other user-generated resources Note: Not all of these options are available when using Sefaria’s mobile apps.
