When navigating a text from the Five Books of Moses you can navigate by chapter, verse, or parashah (Torah portion) and aliyah (specific readings within the parashah).

You can find any Torah portion or aliyah by opening a book’s Table of Contents. To find the Table of Contents, use one of three possible methods:

  1. Type the title of the book into the search bar, found in the top right corner of the homepage
  2. Beginning from the homepage. Click on Tanakh to open the relevant text category, then click on the relevant book of Torah (e.g. Genesis or Exodus)
  3. When a biblical text is open, click on any passage to open the Resource Panel, then click on Table of Contents.
